The rules for using Gatanki. By playing, you agree to them. They're written to be read: if anything's unclear, ask us.
What Gatanki is
A free collection of logic and geography puzzles, with a daily puzzle in every game and as much practice as you like. We may add, change or retire games and features as the site grows.
Your account
You don't need an account to play. If you make one, keep your email (and your Google account, if you use it) safe, since that's how you sign in, and keep to one account per person. You're responsible for what's done with your account.
Names and groups
Usernames, group names and anything else you write must not be offensive or misleading, or someone else's. We may change or remove names and groups that break this.
Fair play
Solve the puzzles yourself. Don't use bots, scripts or other tools to solve puzzles or send results, don't tamper with the site or its servers, and don't harass other players. Results that look impossible are left off the leaderboards, and we may suspend accounts that cheat.
Our content
The games, puzzles, artwork and code are ours. You're welcome to share your results and links to the site; please don't copy the puzzles or the site itself.
Ads
To stay free, the site may show ads.
No guarantees
We work to keep the site running and its puzzles right, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees: it may sometimes be unavailable or have mistakes.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses from using the site, and our liability for anything else is limited to what you paid us to use it, if anything. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer by law.
Stopping
You can stop playing at any time, and delete your account from your profile. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and important changes will be noted on the site. Playing after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you live somewhere else, you keep any consumer rights the law there gives you.
